Pedn Vounder is one of the most famous beaches and was recently voted one of the best beaches in the world, its beauty is incredible.
One of the added difficulties of getting there is that you have to make sure both you and your piggy are prepared for the 20-minute descent and reverse on the way out. But we have to say it’s worth it!
The water here is very clear and the sandy areas are large at low tide, making it the perfect place for people and dogs to enjoy the Mediterranean style.
In a charming Cornish village on the Lizard Peninsula, you’ll find Carverrack Beach. The area is known as a great location for scuba diving, with calm, shallow waters perfect for walking your pup in! Most of the beaches at low tide contain sand and rust and are more sheltered due to their location east of the Lizard Peninsula. This also means it’s quieter in the summer than other area beaches! But please note that during the summer months (June, July and August) your dog must be on a leash.

Situated at the base of our own Trebah Park, Polgwidden Cove is a quaint little beach just north of the River Helford.
Known for its crystal clear waters and playing a key role in World War II, your dog will love sniffing around this pebbly beach.
