All I had to do was mutter the words “Seaside Inn” and Bernie perked up. Located next to Crescent Beach, this high-end boutique hotel provides care for dogs and their owners. Not only does it offer beds, bowls and dog food, it also offers a dog menu (Bernie recommends meat)
Pet Friendly Hotel In Rockland Maine
We stayed in a spa suite and an oceanfront villa (with a full kitchen).
While dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, they are allowed in the lounge and on the deck, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are also served.
Dogs are welcome for long walks on the beach in the off season, you can enjoy the scenery on a walk along the beach service path or the nearby nature reserve. The cabin is about 15 minutes from downtown Portland, which has a nice fenced dog park. While this hotel isn’t exactly budget friendly, especially in the summer, prices are much lower in the winter, and the human-enhancing retreat held every spring is a real win.

Sebasco has three dog-friendly cabins. We live in Dogwood, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen perfect for Bernie. The resort’s extensive grounds offer plenty of walking opportunities.
