Jasper Park Lodge recently expanded its pet supplies: now all Furmont guests can expect a dog bed, food, bowl, doggie bag, welcome gift and Jasper Park Lodge branded dog complete gift upon arrival. In addition, the lodge has its own “pet food” with dog food from Great Hound, Jasper Park Lodge’s pet restaurant. Dogs can participate in activities such as sailing and boating, or they can stay with the hotel’s trained canine ambassadors.
The Georgetown Hotel in Canmore has three pet-friendly rooms. Due to limited availability, the hotel recommends calling the desk in advance to reserve your pet. Dogs of all sizes are welcome as long as they are well behaved. A maximum of two pets are allowed per room, and the hotel’s website has information about the trails and outdoor gardens.
