Cozy Pet Friendly Cabin Rentals In Pennsylvania
Burlington, Vermont is one of the most dog-friendly places in New England. With amazing outdoor adventures and a relaxed, modern downtown, Burlington is a playground for dogs and their companions. You will find many interesting things about your puppy. Cycle along the shores of Lake Champlain on the Burlington Greenway, then stop to sample local brews at one of the city’s dog-friendly breweries. Burlington beer spots that allow pups on the patio include Foam Brewers and Zero Gravity Craft Brewery, while places like Switchback Brewing Co. dogs are also allowed inside. One of New England’s most popular pedestrian (and pup-friendly) malls, Church Street Marketplace offers dog-friendly restaurants and shops. For a pet-friendly stay, Made in Vermont, a quaint bed and breakfast within walking distance of downtown, offers a cozy home away from home for you and your dog.
When the dog days of summer arrive, there’s no better place to be with your pooch than Cape Quay! With miles of beautiful coastline, an irresistibly intertwined charm, and countless outdoor activities, Cape Cod is a perfect summer destination for people and dogs alike. You’ll especially want to visit Cape Cod National Seashore. A sun-drenched sandy beach and trail allow dogs to be brought even in high season. Then quench your thirst at Provincetown Brewing Company. They’re dog-friendly (and community-minded), with the doghouse in the beer garden bearing the slogan “I Bite Racists.” There are also many pet-friendly places to stay in the Cape. Pamper your pup at the all-inclusive Chatham Bars Inn or try your dog camping at Nickerson State Park.

For a beach trip with your dog, check out Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Five miles south of Portland, it’s a great place to get away from it all without going too far. You can’t visit Maine without trying the local lobster rolls, and Bite in Maine has an outdoor food truck with pet-friendly picnic tables in the park. Higgins Beach is a popular place for pups to splash around in the sand and water. After a day of fun in the sun, relax at Inn by the Sea, a luxury beachfront resort offering the ultimate in pampering for pets and their owners.

For the more adventurous, Smuggler’s Notch State Park offers miles of trails through green hills. For something a little more low-key (but fun), you and your dog will love walking the Stow Recreational Trail. This 11-mile trail is lined with dog-friendly restaurants and breweries. There are plenty of dog boarding places for all budgets. Luxury resorts such as Trapp Family Lodge, Topnotch Resort, and The Lodge at Spruce Peak offer pet-friendly facilities. The Best Pet Friendly Hotels In The Us
If you live in the southern tip of New Jersey, the Cape May Lewis Ferry will take you directly to this beautiful beach town and Rehoboth Beach is an easy trip since dogs travel for free!
If you visit before May 1st, dogs are allowed on the beach. During the summer months, there are some restrictions, but dogs can enjoy Dewey Beach before 9:30 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m.
Located near several state parks, Gordon’s Pond State Park has no shortage of outdoor activities for you and your dog to enjoy, including exploring the lakes, forests, and wetlands. I recommend walking The Junction and Breakwater Trail, which served as a railroad.
