There is no difference in English to an afternoon, and the only thing we can use to ride our dogs is the kind of afternoon tea we are interested in. Tower Bridge is one of the few indoor attractions in London where dogs can mingle with their humans. The dog policy at Tower Bridge is: “Dogs must be on a lead and supervised at all times. A fun thing to do with your dog is to take him to a wine tasting (you’re the one tasting the wine, not your dog). Pippa Penny, a London-based winemaker, holds wine tasting sessions for dogs throughout the year where dogs are given different treats to sample their different wines. Basically, this is the right thing to do for social dogs, for both humans and dogs. Taking your dog on the Thames Clipper has to be the best way to travel with your dog on public transport in London. There are no crowds, people always have a place to sit and you can sit inside or outside to see the most amazing views of London while on board. For a day out, why not head to Denbys, the Dog Vineyard in Dorking, Surrey. Dogs and grapes don’t mix, but since dogs are asked to stay away from the vines, that’s not a problem. The walk through the vineyards is long and beautiful and you can continue from Denbigh to the Surrey Hills and beyond if you wish.
