Dog Friendly Dc: Best Places To Bring Your Pets

Before we started planning our trip, we consulted with local Charm City experts, @ipartywithbrucewayne and @IbelieveinHD. They recommended some great dog activities but due to time and weather we weren’t able to check them all out. I guess that means we have to go back!

Ah, the real reason for this weekend trip. We love the show! This year our schedule only allowed us to attend the World of Pet Expo in Maryland. The fair is located about 15 minutes north of Baltimore at the Maryland State Fairgrounds.

While there, Navy visited his good friend @mayathedox at their @sassywoof cabin. Navy went a little crazy thanks to dad and bought two cute sassy woof scarves. The best invention at the show is a very good lint roller. We’ve seen ads for tools like this, but we’ve never seen one work in real life. Let me tell you, they work and we’re clearly obsessed

Zach, Navy and I spent a lot of time watching the competition at Doc Docs. Hmmm.. do you think the navy could be a harbor dog?

Dog Friendly Getaway To Annapolis, Maryland

Our hotel was a few blocks from the Inner Harbor so we were able to walk west to capture some stuff for Navy Instagram and see all the sights. We passed many amazing restaurants with seasonal terraces. I can only imagine how popular these places will be when the weather improves! Lucky for us, the Starbucks on the Inner Harbor patio is open so we can bring our coffee outside and hang out with the Navy.

We couldn’t help but stop at one of the many shops in the Inner Harbor District. Lululemon at Harbor East is very dog friendly. They also have treat containers and water bowls for puppies. All coaches give so much love and gifts to Navy.

Pro tip: Don’t assume a site is dog friendly just because google tells you it’s a chain. We always call ahead and ask the on-site manager if we can bring the dog into the store. Cocktail Hour at Kimpton Monaco Baltimore
